Policy…
We
participate in most health plans, including but not limited
to New Jersey Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Medicare. We accept
Medicare assignments after annual deductible and co-payments
are met. The Managed Care programs that we accept include
but are not limited to Prucare, US Healthcare, Cigna Healthplan,
Ethix, Aetna, HMO Blue and Medi-Group. Ask your HMO or Primary
Care Physician to be referred to Central Orthopedic Associates.
We
request that you bring along the necessary insurance card,
referral slip and co-pay at the time of your office visit.
As a courtesy to our patients we regularly bill health insurance
companies directly. However, you may be responsible for
charges that are not met by your insurance carrier. We encourage
you to call our billing staff during regular office hours
if you have any questions.
